Chairman Towel Manufacturers' Association of Pakistan, Muhammad Haroon Shamsi on Monday distanced itself from a news story "Capta says government cash incentives to hurt genuine exporters" carried by Business Recorder on January 5, 2017. According to him, the Capta, without his consent, issued his name in a statement to the press and in a letter to the Federal Finance Minister. "I totally refute the statement of Capta and have nothing to do with such statement and the letter written to Finance Minister in this regard," he said.
